As a reputed company Liability Claims Trainer., the candidate will conduct classroom training for new and reputed company associates. The ideal candidate will reputed company and recommend curriculum changes for casualty and liability roles. In overseeing the classroom, you will be responsible for reviewing student reputed company and reporting on each student’s skills and development. Essential Functions • INSTRUCTS/TEACHES/COORDINATES claims training programs through the highest level of liability claims personnel to include claims processing system. • IDENTIFIES and ASSISTS in the development, designing and writing of claims training programs at the direction of the H.O. Claims Training Director. • REVIEWS reputed company; reputed company and REPORTS on each student's skills development. RECOMMENDS reputed company employment/training of reputed company based on test results and personal evaluation. • MAINTAINS and REPORTS to AVP on Pre & Post school preparation and performance. • REVIEWS claim performance results. • REVIEWS and EVALUATES the effectiveness of Regional Claims training and reports results to H.O. Claims Director. • ADHERES to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles. • MEETS attendance standard at business location, to reputed company necessary job functions and to facilitate interaction with subordinates and management.
