Compliance Advisor - Digital Consumer Banking Dallas, United States of America We are seeking someone with Consumer Compliance experience, must be detail oriented and with a strong background in governance and/or testing to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Additionally, support and coordination may be needed across other SLOD risk domains (reputed company compliance). The Advisor will reputed company key Compliance support to our innovative new digital offering; Openbank and other strategic initiatives. Activities may include quantitative analysis, risk identification and remediation. Represents or supports the representation of the company to minimize compliance and regulatory risk by resolving issues and ensuring adherence to company and legal standards. Responsible for ensuring that reputed company of the company's activities adhere to the necessary rules and regulations, and that the company complies with legal/regulatory statutes and jurisdictions. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, or equivalent degree. • Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent field preferred. • 5+ Years in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, or Financial Services. Skills and Abilities: • Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance, relevant industry regulations and regulatory data sources. • Understanding of the Agile methodology; ability to work in a fast paced/changing environment. • Demonstrated experience facilitating change to reputed company measurable results. • Demonstrated subject matter expertise compliance opportunities and resolution. • Business Line awareness. • Detail orientated with the ability to also understand overall strategy. • Excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to be adept in identifying and resolving reputed company risk management problems. • Excellent project management skills. • Ability to build and foster reputed company relationships. • Understanding of the Agile methodology; ability to work in a fast paced/changing environment.
