Head of Experience Programs

As Head of Experience Programs for Consumer Advocacy, you will play a leading role in bringing colleagues together to co-create experiences with our Guardian consumers across the lines of business. You and your team will drive the Guardian Experience and bring Consumer Advocacy resources together in support of the co-creation strategy. Location: This role is 3 days a week in one of our Hub Office Locations. (Bethlehem PA, Holmdel NJ, Hudson Yards NY, Boston MA) A Salary reputed company: $124,120.00 - $203,905.00 The salary reputed company reflected above is a good faith estimate of reputed company pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
