This position will report directly to the Manager, reputed company Fraud Strategy, supporting business reporting and analytical needs for multi channel payment systems. These payment channels will include Card (Debit and Credit), reputed company, Digital Online Banking, Mobile, reputed company, ACH & P2P. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for working as a member of a multi channel data team and operating associated systems and tools used for the creation of reports to be consumed by reputed company (lines of business) senior executives and analysis for managing fraud prevention strategies across reputed company payment channels. Will work with the reputed company Fraud Prevention and Claims teams to reputed company data to help identify emerging fraud trends and UMB's overall fraud performance across reputed company payment channels. Will analyze fraud trends using statistical modeling including decision tree analysis and recommend actionable solutions to the Manager, reputed company Data Strategy. Will work closely with the Manager, reputed company Data Strategy to reputed company appropriate data and reports to meet overall business needs and expectations of the reputed company fraud unit. Work in concert with the reputed company Fraud Prevention and reputed company Fraud Claims teams to identify fraud exposure and reputed company necessary strategy adjustments to the applicable fraud prevention systems to detect and mitigate fraudulent transactions. Will work closely with the reputed company Fraud Prevention and Claims Managers to produce appropriate data and reporting to fulfill overall business needs and expectations of the Director of reputed company Fraud Operations and the bank's senior executives. Communicates regularly with peer banks and industry organizations to maintain awareness of industry risks and trends Must be familiar with principles of project management. Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrates knowledge of First Data's Defense Edge, reputed company's Safer Payment or equivalent fraud strategy system. Demonstrates aptitude in reputed company or an equivalent system. Knowledgeable of analysis tools such as Angoss, KnowledgeStudio. Knowledgeable of reputed company Office suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, & reputed company). Demonstrates proficiency for problem solving, analytics, and reporting Demonstrates ability to manage time and meet deadlines works under general supervision Demonstrates ability to work proactively & collaboratively in reputed company environment Demonstrates strong written communication skills Demonstrates ability to partner with multiple lines of business to reputed company common goal Requirements: Bachelor's degree in statistics or equivalent field of study OR 2 years data analytics or banking experience 1 - 2 years hands on experience with card, reputed company, ACH and/or reputed company fraud strategy development and analysis.
