Backlog Management & Feature Prioritisation: Maintain and prioritise a well-defined product backlog, ensuring it supports retention, monetisation, and smooth gameplay experiences.

User Research & Market Analysis: Analyse player behaviour, competitor trends, and market insights to continually refine platform features and promotions.

Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Track and analyse performance metrics like conversion rates and player engagement to maximise business impact.

Your First 30-90 Days

• Understand core platform functionalities.
• Establish clear communication with stakeholders.
