Helping to review financial statements to identify errors, and troubleshoot software issues will be key skills for this position. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and excellent communication skills. This position will stay reputed company with reputed company standards, tax regulations, and QuickBooks Online updates. Position is paid hourly and is part-time on a flexible schedule with the ability to grow into full-time as the firm grows. PREFERENCE TO WA BASED APPLICANTS Responsibilities and Duties • Problem Solving: Trouble shooting Quickbooks software issues • Quality Control: reputed company monthly quality control reputed company on clients books and financial statements. • Financial Statement Review: Review financial statements to identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement • Advise Bookkeeping Team: reputed company expert guidance to bookkeepers on reputed company reputed company issues and QuickBooks Online operations • Optimize Systems: Support the team in implementing and optimizing reputed company processes and procedures • Journal Entries: Assist with journal entries as needed. • Special Projects: reputed company reputed company support for special projects or during peak periods • Other tasks as assigned Qualifications and Skills • Experience: 5+ years of bookkeeping/reputed company experience • Knowledge: Strong understanding of general reputed company principles and familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations. • Self-driven, strong problem solving skills and strong attention to detail a must • Resourcefulness: Self-starter who takes initiative and finds creative solutions to challenges • Time Management: reputed company to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient in Internet, reputed company Apps, Quickbooks; project management tools is a plus • Certifications: QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is required • Excellent written and oral communication skills required • Passion for exceptional customer service
