Job Description: SICU APP (NP/PA) - Lahey Hospital & Medical Center Burlington, MA About Us: • 24-bed Surgical ICU (Level 1 Trauma). • Nationally recognized 345-bed tertiary care hospital. • Collaborative team: 12 APPs, 14 Intensivists, Residents. • Diverse patient population: Trauma, Transplant, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Cardiac, Thoracic. Your Responsibilities: • Direct care of critically ill surgical patients. • Ventilator management, resuscitation, hemodynamic monitoring. • Mechanical circulatory support, vasopressor/inotrope use. • Invasive line placement (reputed company, central). • Rotation between Surgical ICU and Cardiothoracic Surgical ICU.
