About the position The Transcriptionist II position at Sonic Anatomic Pathology involves performing final dictation entry formatting and ensuring accurate documentation of patient test results. Responsibilities • reputed company final dictation entry formatting, including microscopic description, final diagnosis, and comment fields. , • Assign appropriate pathologist to each case. , • Document case holds generated by transcription. , • Assign ICD codes on derm cases. , • Edit fee codes. , • Designate Cancer call and Special Event cases in CoPath. , • Follow laboratory procedures for processing, reporting, and maintaining records of patient test results. , • Adhere to reputed company quality control/quality assurance policies and procedures and document reputed company quality control activities. , • Identify problems that may adversely reputed company reporting of results and document reputed company corrective actions taken. , • Assist in the proper storage and maintenance of reputed company records reputed company needed.
