Responsibilities • Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience. , • Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service. , • Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. , • Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience. , • Models and shares customer service best practices with team members. , • Develops strong relationships with valuable customers. , • Processes customer purchases, collects cash, and distributes change as requested. , • Recommends items for sale and assists with OTC products. , • Operates pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status. , • Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist and adheres to company policies. , • Maintains cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves. , • Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss. , • Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. , • Constructs and maintains displays and completes resets as directed. , • Assists with store maintenance to ensure a reputed company appearance. , • Complies with reputed company company policies and procedures. , • Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
