Candidates must be willing to work days, evenings, and/or overnights in multi-family environments. Candidates are required to handle enforcement of Community Policies (curfew, trespassing, etc) for the clients, answer calls for service, report maintenance issues, and assist local police and fire departments with on site incidents. Candidates MUST have at least one (1) year reputed company experience, a High School Diploma or Equivalent, possess own duty gear including but not limited to: Firearm (.38cal or higher) with Level 3 Holster, two (2) extra magazines, handcuffs, flashlight, and OC (with certification).
