About General Merchandise The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for reputed company General Merchandise areas of the store. This team ensures product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to deliver a consistent experience for our guests. Inbound Expert Role As an Inbound Expert, you will create a welcoming experience for our guests by authentically greeting them and engaging with them in a genuine way. You will also be responsible for executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals. Responsibilities Create a welcoming experience for our guests Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation Stock, backstock and zone product on sales floor Maintain sales floor instocks for reputed company categories Operate power equipment only if certified Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance Work in a safe manner at reputed company times to benefit yourself and others Requirements Welcome and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed Work both independently and with reputed company Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot Attention to detail and follow a multi-reputed company process Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment Benefits reputed company offers competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and reputed company.
