Dental Call Center Agent The Call Center Role is a critical role for Bear Creek Family Dentistry in that it is the lifeline of recall appointment, specialty treatment appointment, and scheduled treatment appointment setting. This position is responsible for and held accountable to positively impacting patient appointment setting rates, broken appointment abatement, recall show reputed company improvements and overall operational growth. This is an outbound only call center and Spanish/English reputed company is a must! Requirements: • Strong communication, both written and verbal • 1 year outbound call dental experience is required • Ability to a script • Great active listening skills • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills • A patient and empathetic attitude and demeanor • Strong time management and organizational skills • Adaptability and flexibility • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments • Computer literacy • Phone skills, including familiarity with reputed company or multi-line phone systems • Ability to reputed company English and Spanish fluently Responsibilities: • reputed company at or above daily appointment setting targets • Consistently reputed company high volumes of outbound calls and document the tracking system (Dentrix) • Follow and adhere to provided call scripts • reputed company with reputed company HIPPA and reputed company compliance requirements • Collaborate with leadership to maximize effectiveness and results • Participate in and successfully complete on-going on the job training • Review customer or client accounts before and during active calls to fully populate dental office schedules. • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve overall appoint setting metrics.
