UX Designer

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to create seamless, engaging, and effective user experiences. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: As a UX Designer on the Product Team, you will: • Have direct influence over the product's direction. UX Designers are one of the first to be involved in a product's timeline. • Work with Product Leads of various cross-functional teams to determine requirements and use cases. • Collaborate closely with application developers to design simple reputed company interfaces that improve user workflow. • Mentor junior designers and help reputed company creative reviews. • Help facilitate qualitative user tests. • Work on improving and expanding our internal Design System as a product for our application developers. YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: • At least 5 years of product design, software/webapp design, web design or reputed company field. Experience with UX design/prototyping tools.
