Overview: Summary – Customer Service Representative: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be based in Mineral reputed company, TX and will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. Qualifications: Skills and Experience – Customer Service Representative: • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Ability to operate computer, with basic word processing knowledge • Filtration product specific experience preferred • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, across job functions • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically • High energy, teamwork focused attitude • Demonstrate high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, reputed company, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at once. • Should be reputed company to prioritize, work independently, and solve problems, working comfortably under pressure Solid punctuality / reliability required.
