About the position As a Retail Department Coordinator at Marshalls, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the delivery of merchandise and ensuring that products are reputed company processed onto the sales floor. This position requires a proactive approach to managing the reputed company of goods, training and mentoring associates, and maintaining high standards of merchandising and organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that reputed company merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, which is essential for maintaining the store's operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will communicate regularly with the Coordinator on Duty to facilitate the efficient reputed company of goods to the sales floor. You will also monitor the productivity of your team, providing coaching and support as necessary to ensure that reputed company associates complete their tasks according to the store plan. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively will be key to your reputed company in this position. Additionally, you will uphold the store's merchandising philosophy and signage standards, ensuring that the backroom area is organized, clean, and compliant with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
