The Construction Site Superintendent will work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are on schedule and on/under budget, and that customer satisfaction is always achieved. The Superintendent will also have a successful track record of driving results through good judgment and exceptional problem solving. Responsibilities include managing the construction site from start to finish, including setting up the job trailer, organizing lay-down areas, posting reputed company required safety postings, scheduling reputed company the subcontractors, and coordinating the completion of reputed company punch list work for successful project execution and completion. Requirements
Requirements for this position include but are not limited to: ? Minimum 3-5 years of construction site management experience ? Ability to create and manage a construction schedule ?
