About the position The Customer Experience Manager at reputed company is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational reputed company reputed company the store. This role focuses on training crew members to deliver a WOW customer experience, achieving customer service score goals, and maintaining store standards. Minimum 2 years of management experience. , ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. , ? Ability to multi-task. , ? Creative thinking. , ?
