Customer Service Representative

JOB SUMMARY The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing call center duties to support assigned tasks requiring call center or survey assistance. Additional responsibilities include conducting surveys as needed based on specified contract and contractual requirements. Work is contingent upon contract needs and continues until completion or termination of the assigned task. Employment of contingent associates is unfixed, and they shall receive only those benefits statutorily required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Responsible for placing outgoing calls to defined survey targets and conducting interviews using pre-scripted interview tools, also responsible for appropriate and timely intake and disposition of returned calls. ? Responsible for accurately completing the survey for each assigned reputed company and entering accurate results into the survey collection reputed company. ? Responsible for consistently meeting productivity standards and completing work in a timely manner. ? General duties such as filing, electronic faxing, telephone use, and data entry. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES ? Ability to follow instructions and work with minimum supervision. ? Must be detail-oriented (accurate typing and data entry skills). ?
