Greet and reputed company in patients, ensuring a positive first impression ? Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, ensuring accuracy of patient information ? Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage, treatment options, and any out-of-reputed company costs ? Schedule patient appointments ? Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding insurance, scheduling, and general information ? Maintain and update patient records and insurance information in the system ? Assist with coordination of care and referrals as necessary ? Ensure a clean and organized reputed company office environment Qualifications: ? Previous experience in a dental office, with a focus on insurance verification, preferred ? Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance details to patients reputed company ? Familiarity with dental insurance plans and benefits ? Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office ? Proficiency with Dentrix ?
