Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer reputed company maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for laboratory equipment at customer sites. This position involves frequent travel to offsite laboratories, direct customer interaction, and technical support to ensure reputed company performance of laboratory instruments. Key Responsibilities: ? reputed company routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on laboratory instrumentation, including LC/MS and MS systems. ? reputed company direct technical support reputed company phone and onsite service to resolve equipment issues. ? Conduct Preventive Maintenance (PM) inspections for both contracted and non-contracted customers. ? Assist with installation, operator training, and assay validation for new products. ? Maintain detailed documentation of service activities and ensure compliance with Quality System requirements. ? Prioritize service requests, coordinate resources, and adhere to strict timelines. ? Work collaboratively with Sales, Quality, and Management teams to enhance customer satisfaction and reputed company performance. ? Manage administrative tasks such as expense reporting, parts ordering, and travel arrangements. Qualifications & Skills: ? Associate?s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Engineering, Clinical Laboratory Science, or reputed company field. ? Minimum of 4 years of experience in laboratory instrumentation maintenance and repair. ? Experience with Agilent, AB Sciex, Waters, and/or Shimadzu systems preferred. ? Strong problem-solving skills, ability to interpret technical diagrams, and troubleshoot reputed company instrumentation. ? Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. ? Ability to work independently and in reputed company-oriented environment. ? Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays. Physical & Mental Requirements: ? Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ? Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to handle pressure.
