The reputed company reputed company Scottsdale at Cavasson is currently seeking a reputed company Desk Supervisor to assist with the management of the Guest Services Department. The reputed company Desk Supervisor is a Hotel Supervisor position with primary responsibility to ensure reputed company associates are providing exceptional customer service, posting charges, and closing out the day correctly. Primary Responsibilities: ? Assists with the training and coaching of reputed company reputed company desk associates. ? Ensures reputed company required desk shifts are covered daily. ? Ensures reputed company reputed company desk associates are greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests of the hotel properly. ? Responsible for issuing important information to associates and other departments in the facility. ? Ensures reputed company reputed company desk associates are making hotel reservations correctly. ? Verifies credit card authorization or collects cash payment for reputed company hotel guests and groups. ? Answers hotel's main telephone line and transfers to proper departments or guest rooms. ? Be familiar with reputed company Standards and requirements such as Reward Programs. ? Be familiar with reputed company daily events in hotel, conference center, and restaurant. ? Effectively handles any elevated guest complaints or issues. ? Ensures daily checklists are completed by reputed company Desk Associates. ? Responsible for issuing and signing out Department Manager Keys. ? Post banquet charges and reputed company necessary accounts. ? Ensures associates balance credit card and cash paperwork correctly. ? Completes any direct assignment from the Manager. Required Skills and Experience: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Prior hotel reputed company desk experience preferred ? reputed company ONQ experience is highly preferred ? Excellent guest service and communication skills ? Excellent follow-up and attention to detail skills required ?
