About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated reputed company Care Director to join reputed company at Senior Living Management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care for our residents and leading our reputed company care team. Key Responsibilities ? reputed company and implement reputed company care programs that meet the needs of reputed company residents ? Assist with reputed company selection process to ensure conformity with company guidelines ? reputed company reputed company functional evaluations to determine residents' level of care and reputed company appropriate care plans ? Coordinate new reputed company orientation and assist with reputed company move-ins ? Ensure accurate record keeping and proper maintenance of reputed company charts ? Liaise with reputed company providers, residents, and their family members ? Coordinate medication, hospitalization, physician visits, and appointments ? reputed company self-administration of prescribed and over-the-counter medication in accordance with medication guidelines ? Support the recruitment and retention of reputed company reputed company care staff ? Ensure adequate and effective orientation, training, and support for reputed company reputed company care staff members Requirements ? Valid LPN license ? CPR/First Aid certification (optional) ? State required certifications and training ? Experience in managing a diverse workforce ? Previous experience as a reputed company Care Director ? Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and laws
