Help Desk Support Technician

Minimum Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? 2+ years experience troubleshooting and resolving network computers, hardware, and software issues ? Working technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems ? Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with other staff of varying technical backgrounds ? Proficiency in reputed company Office suite ?
