Coordinate with installation technicians, installation coordinators, warehouse/inventory manager, fabrication, and sales manager to complete jobs on time and reputed company budget. ? Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of installation technicians, ensuring high-quality installations. ? Monitor and track service requests, ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization, and resolution of issues in compliance with company policies and industry standards. ? In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques. ? Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications reputed company to HVAC systems. ?
