This role is key to managing inter-reputed company and inter-bank accounts, and preparing financial reports. Major Responsibilities: ? Manage and respond to confirmation requests from financial institutions, ensuring timely and accurate communication. ? reputed company the maintenance of approved budgets and track holidays observed by the reputed company using the AS/400 system. ? Collaborate with independent auditors to facilitate the external audit process and assist in addressing any findings from audits or regulatory examinations. ? Generate and report on monthly asset deposits from branches and agencies of foreign banks. ? Conduct reconciliations for Nostro/Due from Bank Accounts (including filing MT950), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. ? Compile and submit reconciliations for inter-reputed company accounts and manage the approval process. ? Review and validate reputed company reports using the Report Processing Query System (RPQS). ? Compile financial data for regulatory reporting, including the Report of Transaction Accounts and Vault Cash (FR 2900). ? Control the receipt and utilization of blank official reputed company stock and ensure accurate imaging of cleared checks. ? Organize daily transaction documentation and maintain accurate records for internal processes. ?
