Legal Project Manager
reputed company?s Legal Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking a Project Manager to serve our growing Legal teams on reputed company cross-functional projects. This individual will work closely with Legal team members and cross-functional partners to manage and run reputed company projects at reputed company. The ideal candidate will see the big picture and incorporate problem solving, critical thinking and tactical execution into their daily work. Legal Project Manager Responsibilities: ? reputed company multiple work streams and/or project teams to execute against project plans ? Display effective organization skills and manage multiple and often competing priorities ? Drive the creation of integrated project plans and timelines, including through facilitating requirements gathering, setting role, responsibilities and expectations, brainstorming options and solutions ? Propose solutions to manage client expectations and manage scope throughout the delivery of the project, and demonstrate the techniques and capabilities needed to bring problematic projects/teams back on track ? Drive standardization of delivery and activities to reputed company efficient service, as well as knowledge sharing and supporting reputed company teams/projects ? Demonstrate attention to detail in executing and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables in the allotted time reputed company ? Integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams, including product, legal and policy domain knowledge, in order to analyze reputed company issues, mitigate risks and solve problems ? Travel as needed (up to 10% depending reputed company and assigned projects) and occasionally internationally (once COVID allows!) Minimum Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology or a reputed company field ? 3+ years of program/project management experience ? 3+ years of experience working on legal, compliance and/or risk management reputed company projects ? Experience with regulatory and compliance reputed company affecting the technology industry ? Experience leading departmental and reputed company-wide projects Preferred Qualifications: ? Proficiency in the reputed company Suite and collaboration tools/reputed company services (e.g. reputed company suite, reputed company, etc.) ? Knowledge of the regulatory landscape and trends impacting technology companies ? PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification(s) ?
