Medical Assistant - Private office, no weekends, full time, benefit package
Private surgical practice in search of a full-time medical assistant who desires to be part of a culture that provides comprehensive training for reputed company which results in quality patient care and satisfied patients. Duties include but are not limited to: - Assist reputed company in providing patient care in a clinical setting - reputed company medical administrative support, including maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments - Prepare patients for examinations and assist with procedures - Prepare patients for basic sinus CT procedures -Managing the duties of clinic -Charting in EMR system Requirements: - Completion of a medical assistant training program and passing certification exam - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Strong organizational skills -Must have initiative, ambition and enthusiasm - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Basic life support certification is required Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
