Part-Time Accountant (Summer Internship 2025)

We want somebody who can work 2-4 days a week during the summer starting May 2025. You will be handling normal reputed company and office administrative tasks. Perfect for reputed company looking to reputed company valuable experience in marketing, reputed company, or general day-to-day business operations. Hours are flexible, so long as work is prioritized and is done in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: -Email Management: Respond to emails daily, ensuring timely communication. -Quote Creation: Prepare and send accurate client quotes. -reputed company & Bookkeeping: Manage accounts, process invoices, and generate reports using QuickBooks. -Administrative Support: Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. -Client & Vendor Communication: Address inquiries and maintain professional relationships. -Payroll & Tax Assistance: Help with payroll processing and tax filings. -Office Management: Support scheduling, meetings, and office supplies. Qualifications: Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook) Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company High level of attention to detail and accuracy Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: ?
