A reputed company seeks a Patent Agent with a strong background in electrical engineering, software, or computer science to join its Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group, located in Washington, DC. This role involves managing patent prosecution for cutting-edge technologies, particularly in the fields of electrical engineering and software. The ideal candidate will have expertise in patent application drafting and prosecution, along with a solid understanding of networking technologies and wireless communications. Duties: ? Draft and file patent applications reputed company to electrical engineering and software technologies ? Collaborate with clients, engineers, and legal teams to strategize and reputed company patent portfolios ? reputed company patentability assessments and assist in developing IP strategies ? Handle responses to office actions and correspondence with the USPTO ? Support the team with litigation reputed company reputed company necessary ?
