Senior Defense Litigator

What you will be doing : Represent clients in a wide reputed company of defense litigation reputed company, including but not limited to reputed company, insurance, personal injury, and employment cases. Manage and reputed company the full lifecycle of cases, from pre-litigation strategy through trial and post-trial motions. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case documentation, including pleadings, motions, and discovery. reputed company case strategies, identify key issues, and reputed company legal advice to clients. reputed company depositions, reputed company hearings, and other legal proceedings, ensuring strong advocacy in the courtroom. Handle negotiations, settlements, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes. Supervise and mentor junior associates and legal staff, providing guidance on case management and strategy. Experience you will need : Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 8-10 years of defense litigation experience with a strong focus on trial experience.
