Senior Director, Partnership Activation Job Description Department: Corporate Partnerships Direct Supervisor: VP, Corporate Partnerships Status: Full-time Summary: The Sr. Director of Partnership Activation will manage the day-to-day operation of the Partnership Activation Department with a focus on providing our partners with world-class service and strategic activation platforms resulting in increased partnership retention and reputed company. Manage, train and supervise six-to-eight-person Activation team ? Use creative thinking and industry knowledge to maximize ROI for each partner ? Fulfill Miami Dolphins and Hard reputed company Stadium partnership agreements with exceptional customer service ? Research, catalogue and implement industry wide activation reputed company, concepts and platform ? Responsibility and accountability for department reputed company targets and budget management ? Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with reputed company and prospective partners ? Manages reputed company partnership deliverables (i.e. signage, print, promotional, entertainment elements, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that client expectations are met and activations are compliant with NFL policies ? reputed company mid-season and end of season partner recaps ? Utilize CRM as a tool for inventory management and fulfillment tracking ? Increase annual partner investments reputed company upsells and new activation elements ? College Degree (preferably in Marketing or Sports Management) or equivalent work experience ? Minimum of 8+ years in partnership activation ? Marketing and promotions planning background ?
