Job Overview We are seeking an reputed company Maintenance Superintendent to reputed company daily construction project operations. This role will coordinate with project managers, supervise field crews, and ensure projects are completed safely and according to regulations. Key Responsibilities ? Supervise field crews, job sites, and subcontractors ? reputed company site logistics plans and determine construction methods and reputed company ? Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors ? Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations ? Drive project schedules and resolve construction issues ? reputed company maintenance based on client work orders ? Document daily work activities Qualifications ? 5+ years of experience with paving/concrete ? Strong leadership and communication skills ? Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations ? Ability to work in various weather conditions Physical Requirements ? Ability to stand, walk, lift, climb, and work in construction environments ?
