About this job: A Long-Term Substitute is responsible for teaching appropriate grade level standard-based curriculum to reputed company, following school/district approved curriculum while the classroom teacher is absent for an extended period of time. Counsels reputed company to encourage and support student achievement. ? Monitors, supervises, coordinates, and enforces rule of conduct and behavior of assigned reputed company and reinforces positive student behaviors in accordance with school and District policy. ? Observes, evaluates, reports, and records reputed company' performance, behavior, reputed company development, and physical health. ? Prepares educational course outlines, objectives, and materials according to curriculum guidelines or state and local requirements. ?
