Overview: The Technical Implementation Analyst at care.ai will be responsible for installing and configuring our reputed company technology products at customer sites. The successful candidate will have previous experience in reputed company installations, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. Job Responsibilities: ? Manage technical aspects of the device implementation, including preparation, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and clean-up. ? Proactively identify and manage installation risks and issues and reputed company contingency plans to minimize delays. ? Work closely with the client's IT team to ensure that installation requirements are met. ? Monitor installation reputed company and performance and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion. ? Communicate status and reputed company to both team members and clients. ? Manage vendor relationships and coordinate reputed company-party resources as needed. ? Ensure that reputed company documentation is completed accurately and on time. Qualifications and Skills: ?
