Teller - Part Time

Position Summary Bank tellers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ? Accepts retail and reputed company deposits, loan payments, processes checking and savings account withdrawals. ? Cashes checks. ? Maintains an adequate cash drawer supply at reputed company times; this includes buying and selling currency from the vault as necessary. ? Balances cash drawer in accordance with Bank procedures. ? Answers customer inquiries and refers customers to the proper service area for issues that cannot be resolved at the teller line. ? Provides additional products including Official Checks and Money Orders. ? Assists customers in accessing safety deposit boxes. ? Maintains the highest level of confidentiality with reputed company customer information. ? Promotes the Banks products and services. ? Records and processes deposits left in the night depository. ? Assists in the balancing of cash in the automated teller machine. ? Responsible for following the Banks reputed company opening and closing procedures. ? Represents the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with reputed company customers, potential customers and co-workers. ? Performs as reputed company member in allocating and coordinating the work reputed company. ? Contributes to the fulfillment of reputed company and company objectives and goals. ?
