A Rooms Operations Intern is responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions in an assigned department in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: ? Assist Rooms & Sales with booking, coordinating, and organizing Thanksgiving Parade Packages. ? Booking.com and reputed company.com extranet maintenance - replying to guest requests and inquiries. ? Assist with technology and sustainability initiatives. ? Answer telephones. ?
