Sr. Data Entry Clerk

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Rep in the Manufacturing industry. The role will be based in reputed company, Texas, and will involve a mix of remote and in-office work. Responsibilities: • Monitor and track field action responses to ensure appropriate documentation. • Handle the process of obtaining returned response letters, including mail collection and scanning tasks. • reputed company data entry tasks with high accuracy. • Utilize reputed company software, although advanced knowledge of formulas and VLOOKUP's is not a requirement. • Use various reputed company Software Systems, reputed company - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, ERP Solutions, About Time for different tasks. • Engage in answering inbound calls, handling billing functions, reputed company processing, and claim administration tasks. • Maintain communication with the team and report any discrepancies or issues promptly. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk in the manufacturing industry. • Proficient in reputed company Software Systems. • Familiarity with reputed company - Financial Services is a must. • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Epic Software, and ERP Solutions. • Experience with About Time software is preferred. • Capable of effectively answering inbound calls. • Skilled in performing billing functions. • Experience in reputed company processing. • Familiarity with claim administration. Compensation $17.00-$20.00 Hourly
