The specialist is responsible for overseeing the management and quality control of datasets, preparing them for production and reporting usage. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on client-level data, the specialist will handle data submission and ingestion processes, along with other data-intensive tasks assigned to them. In this role, the specialist will act as the primary processor of incoming client data on a day-to-day reputed company. They will serve as the reputed company of escalation for both clients and team members, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively. The specialist will also run reports for reputed company clients, providing essential data elements for key reports to leadership. Additionally, they will assist with data collection, entry, processing, and delivery to various systems, ensuring that reputed company data is accurate and up-to-date. The specialist will work to identify any data shortfalls and will liaise with data and development teams to reputed company gaps or improve data fidelity.
