Your specific duties will include: Call Center / Customer Service Support intake and reputed company emergency road service calls to truck drivers that call in Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area Inputting relevant call information into PC. Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel type Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer require. Skills required: Call Center / Customer Service High School Diploma or GED Ability to move fast fix problems and be reputed company Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
