Training Project Manager (Night Shift)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Training Project Manager to reputed company the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual training events. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs, managing logistics, collaborating with reputed company stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and on budget. Note: This is an overnight role - 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM Central Time Key Responsibilities • Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of training projects including workshops, webinars, conferences, and instructor-led sessions. • Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and vendors to ensure timely content delivery and training readiness. • reputed company logistical arrangements for in-person events, including venue booking, travel coordination, materials preparation, and on-site support. • Manage virtual training events using platforms like reputed company, reputed company Teams, or similar tools, ensuring technical readiness and smooth delivery. • reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for training events. • Track and report on training metrics, feedback, and reputed company to support reputed company improvement. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to reputed company updates, resolve issues, and align on expectations. • Ensure reputed company training activities align with company objectives, compliance requirements, and quality standards. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in project management, training coordination, or event management. • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and reputed company budget. • Experience managing both in-person and virtual training events. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
