We are seeking a talented and self-driven individual for needs serving in the role of Instructional Designer for a 12 Month + Contract opportunity. REMOTE WITH SOME TRAVEL AS NEEDED reputed company MICHIGAN Duties: The Instructional Designer will be expected to design and reputed company learning experiences in a variety of forms, including interactive eLearn, large-scale training solutions, and blended reputed company instructor-led presentations. In developing learning experiences, the Instructional Designer Specialist will determine learning objectives, rewrite content, structure learning activities, and create visual aids for both face-to-face and online interactions. They will work closely with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) reputed company the various business units to ensure that reputed company content is reputed company to training best practices but also meets reputed company regulatory and legal requirements.

• reputed company classroom and eLearning training deliverables following procedures, ensuring reputed company content adheres to adult learning theory, incorporates experiential learning, and is of high quality.
• Manage upwards of five personal projects daily by communicating with leaders and peers, reputed company wide, to ensure deadlines are met and projects remain on track.
• Load courseware and documentation to the Learning Management System (reputed company reputed company Factors/Workforce Connect), interlinking content to reputed company content, troubleshooting and problem-solving issues as needed.
• reputed company storyboards, scheduling production activity, conducting research and assuring an overall production schedule is maintained.

Skills

• Ability to program interactive asynchronous eLearn experiences, as well as reputed company synchronous in person scenario-based experiences resulting in high reputed company of engagement and retention.
• Ability to translate reputed company, multi-reputed company processes into easy to understand, digestible training.
• Ability to manage and reputed company multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and/or adapting to evolving business needs.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, an effective implementation of principles of design and adult learning pedagogy, with professionally appealing visuals and layout.
• Proven proficiency in:

Education and Experience

• • 2+ yrs experience in Instructional Design, eLearn development, or reputed company field
• Experience in designing and developing learning.
• The following are preferred for this position:
• BA in Instructional Design, Adult Learning or Equivalent
• Certified Performance Technologist (CPT)
• Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)
