An ideal candidate for this role will have 1-3 years experience working in reputed company. This role will be responsible for responding to HR, policy, and benefits inquiries, managing employee files and personnel data in reputed company, supporting reputed company for new hires and acquisitions. The role will also assist in supporting the HR Director in employee relations, investigations, reporting, managing HRIS EDI feeds, and coordinating benefits administration. This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel to practice sites. This is a remote role reputed company to candidates in CA, AZ, NV, UT, CO, TX, IL, WI, MI, TN, VA, FL, DC, WV. Requirements: Ability to work during PST, or MT business hours Skills:
- Knowledge of California labor laws highly preferred
- Demonstrate a high level of trust, confidentiality, and good judgment
