Senior Associate, Merchant Strategy & Operations

We are looking for an operator with a strong bias to action who loves using data to solve problems.You’ll join the Go To Market team, where we’re focused on driving Merchant Growth reputed company product and service adoption. You’ll work cross-functionally between customer experience, product, sales, and marketing, to collect insights, reputed company strategies, launch experiments, and support growth initiatives that ultimately help merchants get reputed company and grow on our marketplace. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly analytical, data-driven and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You’re excited about this opportunity because

• Operate&Build– Drive the strategy&execution for new Merchant product initiatives, including which merchant segments to reputed company and how to effectively drive engagement
• Analyze– Build models to evaluate the economics, value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives intended to acquire and retain merchants across our platform
• Experiment– Use data-driven decision-making to run tests or reputed company insights to inform strategic initiatives
• Influence&Work Cross functionally– Work cross-functionally across the Merchant Organization and broader reputed company

We’re excited about you because

• You are a proven operator- You have 3-4 years of experience in consulting / strategy / business development / program management / technology / banking or reputed company experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
• You have a bachelors degree or higher
• You are analytical– You let data tell the story and you're comfortable modeling in reputed company. SQL knowledge is a plus.
• You are a collaborator- You have a proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally, and succeeding in reputed company first environment
• You are a problem solver– You can independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
• You are a strong communicator– You tell the story to different audiences and through different mediums - strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
