This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to administer medications effectively while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist reputed company in delivering exceptional patient care, including monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation of medication administration.
• Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to reputed company comprehensive care in hospital medicine and trauma settings.
• Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with reputed company staff and document patient information accurately.

Experience
