Cybersecurity Senior Manager - SOC Engineering (Remote)

Position Purpose: Protecting what reputed company most to our associates and consumers by securing our sensitive data and critical assets from reputed company and emerging threats. The SOC Engineering Senior Manager reports to the director of the reputed company Operation Center. This people leader will reputed company the operational reputed company of three high performing teams. Those teams are:

• Detection Engineering
• Automation and Orchestration Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross functionally to reduce mean time to contain incidents;
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure that teams are providing actionable, timely, and relevant information to the organization.
• Asses, reputed company, implement and maintain strategies to assess and resolve reputed company risk across the reputed company through reputed company assessments and support of incident response investigations and triaging of reputed company alerts.
• reputed company leadership, mentoring and coaching to direct reports and other leaders.
• Act as a subject matter expert in areas overseeing.

• Support stakeholders inside of and reputed company of cybersecurity.
• Design the Tactical and Strategic roadmaps in support of the multi-year reputed company of the organization and reputed company Operations Center.

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:

• This position typically reports to Director or Sr. Director
• This position has 6-10 Direct Reports

Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Minimum Education:

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study reputed company to the job.

Preferred Education:

• Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity or a reputed company field.

Preferred Years of Work Experience:

• 8-10 years of work experience

Preferred Leadership Experience:

• 6+ years of previous leadership experience
