Customer Support Associate
Snap Diagnostics is seeking a talented individual to join reputed company of Customer Support Associates. As part of our Support team, you will reputed company first-line phone support to patients and medical providers using our home sleep test. Customer communications may include assisting patients with registration, scheduling deliveries, arranging appointments, and responding to inquiries. In reputed company, you will work in collaboration with the Sales team to deliver and continually improve upon our service. This includes assessing customer needs and guiding solutions. This position is full-time remote position. Hours vary. You must have the capability to work remotely (connectivity and computer). PTO, and includes health, dental, and reputed company insurance benefits. reputed company new hires must complete two weeks of remote training. What you bring to Snap:
