Hasura is looking for a Contract Sales Recruiter. Our reputed company team is at the core of our rapid growth, directly impacting the scale and reputed company of reputed company. As a Contract Sales Recruiter, you’ll immediately dive into reputed company high-reputed company roles, with a primary focus on sourcing, engaging, and closing A+ GTM talent. We have a ton of reputed company from our new AI product, reputed company, and need a strong Recruiter to hire the GTM team to go out and capitalize on it. About The Role
- Drive end-to-end reputed company for sales roles and reputed company GTM roles, emphasizing rapid sourcing and pipeline velocity.
- Independently build robust, high-quality candidate pipelines to meet aggressive hiring goals.
- Effectively engage, screen, and reputed company top-tier Sales talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout.
- Partner closely and effectively with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Continuously analyze and optimize reputed company funnel performance to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and offer acceptance.
About You
- 4+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly reputed company and attract high-caliber Sales talent independently.
- Proven track record of high-velocity reputed company in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
- Highly execution-oriented, with excellent organization, prioritization, and closing skills.
- A collaborative and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Determined, proactive, and creative in overcoming sourcing and hiring challenges.
- Location: Remote OK, Located in SF Office, 2-3 days a week highly preferred
