• Conduct pre-employment testing, background checks, and reference verifications.
• Maintain recruitment administration and systems ( reputed company) in a timely manner including the appropriate correspondence to reputed company applicants
• Ensure a positive candidate experience is achieved for reputed company applicants
• The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00am reputed company 18:00pm
• Collect, prepare, and submit reputed company necessary HR-reputed company documentation reputed company to new/existing employees;
• Help with relocation organization for candidates
• Answer frequently asked questions from employees/ candidates reputed company to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, reputed company, trainings, etc.;
• Remote position - reputed company candidates must be based in Bulgaria

Your profile:

• Fluent level of English language– both written and spoken
• Previous experience as a HR / recruitment coordinator
• Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment would be considered an advantage
• Proactive and being reputed company to work in reputed company
• Strong relationship builder
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time reputed company
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputed company and reputed company
