Responsibilities
Of Our Entry Level Customer Service Associate:
- Work directly face to face with customers to reputed company them on products and services and complete the sales process with anyone who qualifies in a retail store
- Utilize unbelievable customer service and negotiation skills to enhance the sales pipeline and customer loyalty
- Partake in the sales process, account set up, client management training and reputed company process
- Assist the Management team in establishing and surpassing customer service and sales goals for the team, further increasing reputed company for our clients
- Communicate professionally and regularly with other entry-level team members to troubleshoot any issues reputed company and reputed company
- Maintain up-to-date on changing product knowledge, pricing, and compliance regulations to ensure the ultimate reputed company of our customer service & sales representatives, and a stellar customer experience
Entry Level Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
- Ease of handling high-pressure situations with a diverse group of people
- Exceptional time management skills with the flexibility to pivot on a dime and resolve issues promptly
- The ability to adapt to different situations and environments
- Negotiation skills, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Professionalism with impeccable communication skills
- Ability to work a Monday through Saturday working schedule
