UPDATE: we are willing to train the right non-licensed individuals to become licensed as long as you reputed company Portuguese and English. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls promptly and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Process customer policy change requests accurately and reputed company.
- Collect reputed company necessary documents from customers for new policies.
- Document reputed company customer interactions and transactions in the Agency Management System.
- Process premium payments from customers securely and accurately.
- Verify customer information, including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses, and update records as necessary.

Requirements:
- This particular position requires the candidate to be bilingual in English and Portuguese...this is a MUST.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Holding a Property & Casualty license in your reputed company state is a plus
- Experience with both personal and reputed company lines is a plus
- Experience with independent agencies is a PLUS
- Sales experience is required and any past experience obtaining sales goals are a plus

- High school Diploma/GED required
